Booking Your TTRPG Game

TTRPG sessions with us are usually run on Discord, with either D&D Beyond or Discord bots used for dice rolling purposes. In Person sessions are available in York, but please note that there will be a small additional fee to cover transportation and any venue fees. Payments for TTRPG sessions are always taken through our Start Playing page (or cash if playing in person) in advance of the session starting. Sessions usually last 3-4 hours.

All games that we run begin with a detailed (and half price!) Session 0. In Session 0 we will go through character creation as well as our expectations, both as a Games Master and you as players, for the game. We will also go through the safety tools that will be used. Please note that the safety tools are non-negotiable and anyone who refuses/mocks their use is not welcome in our games.

We price our games as follows:

• £10 per person, per session, for any official published adventure/module

• £20 per person, per session, for a custom adventure

• Session 0 is priced at 50% of the above prices.

We’ll need as much information from you as possible on what sort of game you are looking to play. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• What game you are interested in playing

• How many players there are in your party (Please note that the maximum party size is 6)

• Some information on your group’s experience with the game you are interested in (brand new players are ALWAYS welcome!)

• What day and time slot you would be looking to have the game run in (Please note that we are in the UK and are unavailable after Midnight or on Sundays.)

• What sort of game you are looking to play. EG: Roleplay heavy, exploration, dungeon crawl etc.
