Booking Your Painting Project
We strongly believe that pricing should take in to account both the time spent working and our skills, and as such we charge an hourly rate rather than fixed prices.
Consultation on your project is free. Should you decide to book your project with us you will be given an estimate of how long the project will take along with a final price (not including shipping) . Once you have paid a 50% non-refundable deposit you will be entered in to our project queue. You’ll have 7 days after the project is complete to pay the remaining amount, in the event that this doesn’t happen your project will become our property and we’ll sell it to make up for the loss. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including insurance and any customs fees, and if you need us to buy any miniatures needed for the project you’ll need to cover the cost of purchasing them in advance.
Please note that we will not paint any project that includes hateful symbols/messages, is designed to be used as a weapon (Cosplay weaponry is fine) or is otherwise illegal.
